Inclusion@Work is a powerful coaching platform that goes beyond just learning – it inspires participants to recognize their role in inclusion, mobilizing everyone to contribute to developing a more inclusive culture at work.

Assess your practice of inclusion in the workplace

Participants in the program are challenged to evaluate their environment and themselves by completing a series of assessments designed to gauge not only their own experiences of inclusion, but also the inclusive behavior of the leaders and groups around them. This is a fundamental shift in experiencing inclusion, as participants can try out a different perspective on inclusion in a secure and non-threatening situation.

Reflect on your practice of inclusion in the workplace

After completing the assessments, the program guides users through several important facets of inclusion, challenging them to practice, promote, and encourage inclusive behavior in their lives and at work. In so doing, they learn to better understand and capitalize on the unique qualities of their work environment and to build the knowledge and commitment they need to behave inclusively and to contribute to a culture of inclusion. At every point in the learning process, users are presented with powerful questions that encourage them to explore their knowledge, beliefs, and perspectives, allowing for deep engagement and learning.

Leverage social learning

Insights add a social connection to the digital coaching experience by prompting users to share their ideas and to see and comment on others’ ideas.

Track change with powerful analytics

We record and time-stamp every user interaction, which means we collect a mountain of data (both quantitative and qualitative) from users. When analyzed, the data yields new information and knowledge that can be used for business intelligence. Of course, all data is stored and managed in accordance with the strictest international privacy standards. (And the text that participants write in response to the prompts is always private to them.)

Let’s join forces to make the world a more inclusive place to live and work.
