Inclusion@Work® was created to be the resource organizations need to empower an inclusive workforce. Developed through the collaboration of Bernardo M. Ferdman, Ph.D. and Ferdman Consulting with Cognician, Inc., Inclusion@Work combines industry-leading expertise with a first-of-its-kind platform designed to maximize, promote, and scale inclusion throughout the organization.

Inclusion@Work does more than provide knowledge on inclusion in organizations; it provides the platform necessary to engage in inclusive behavior. Participants in the program are challenged to evaluate their inclusion in their environment by completing a series of assessments designed to gauge their own experiences of inclusion and inclusive behavior, as well as the inclusive behavior of their leaders and co-workers.

After they complete the assessments, the program guides users through eight powerful components of inclusion that challenge them to practice, promote, and encourage inclusive behavior in their lives and at work.
